Adelaide (day 2)

After breakfast at a coffee shop next to our hotel we caught a taxi to the zoo.

We arrived early, which was good, as the pandas were still wide awake.

This alligator had just been fed 3 rats (its first meal for months!)

(For Lola and Eleni - better than a stuffed toy!)

This meerkat was so funny - it was trying to stay awake, but kept falling asleep and falling over.  In the end it gave up and curled up in a ball for a snooze.
